These terms cover your use of GoBowlingApparel.com and every order you place here. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

Who runs this store and who owns the designs

GoBowlingApparel.com is the apparel store for Go Bowling leagues and events. Two organizations are involved.

• CoolWick LLC (“CoolWick”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the store. We take your order, produce your jersey, ship it, and handle customer service. Your contract for any purchase is with CoolWick LLC.
• Go Bowling, the consumer brand of Strike Ten Entertainment, runs the league and event programs these jerseys are made for. Go Bowling selects and provides the jersey designs sold here, including the sponsor, league, and event artwork on them. Go Bowling is not a party to your purchase.

Using the store

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. An adult may order youth sizes for a child.
• Give us accurate contact, billing, and shipping information, and keep your account details current. We send order updates to the email address on the order.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use the store for anything unlawful, do not interfere with how it works, and do not copy, scrape, or resell any part of it.
• We may refuse or cancel an order, or close an account, if we believe these terms are being broken or an order is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it.

Made-to-order jerseys

• Every jersey is made after you order it. Nothing is pulled from a shelf.
• Production can take up to 14 days. Production time is separate from shipping time, which starts when the jersey ships.
• Colors on screen are only a guide. Screens differ, and the printed jersey may vary slightly from what you see.
• Check the size guide before ordering. Measuring a shirt you already own and matching it to the chart is the most reliable way to pick a size.
• Because production starts quickly, contact us right away if you need to change or cancel an order. Once a jersey has gone into production we may not be able to change it, but our return policy still applies after delivery.

Names printed on jerseys

Some jerseys let you add a name to the back. When you do, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not include another person’s name without their permission, a company name or logo you are not entitled to use, or anything offensive. We may decline to print a name that breaks these rules, and we will contact you about the order if we do.

Program and center codes

Go Bowling and participating bowling centers may issue codes that cover part or all of a jersey’s price. Codes are for the person they were issued to, may be limited to specific jerseys and quantities, can be used once unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn if misused. If you order with a code, we may confirm its use with Go Bowling or the center that issued it.

Prices, payment, and order acceptance

• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown when you order.
• Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Payment is taken when you place the order. Payments are processed by the payment companies shown at checkout, and their terms apply to your use of them. If you choose a pay-later option, your agreement for that plan is with that company.
• If a price or description is shown in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it, even after you receive an order confirmation.
• An order confirmation means we received your order. Our acceptance is when we ship it.

Shipping

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout, and typical production and delivery times are on our shipping information page. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will sort it out with the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

We make returns and exchanges easy. The full details, including the return window and how to start a return, are in our return and exchange policy, which is part of these terms.

Designs, logos, and intellectual property

• The jersey designs sold on this store are provided by Go Bowling. The Go Bowling name and logo, and the league, event, and sponsor names and logos that appear on these jerseys, belong to Go Bowling or to the companies that own them, and appear here under Go Bowling’s programs. Nothing on this store gives you any right to use them.
• The CoolWick name and logo belong to CoolWick LLC.
• The text, photographs, and layout of this store belong to CoolWick or its licensors. You may use them to shop here and for no other purpose.
• Buying a jersey does not transfer any ownership of the artwork on it.

Notices about designs or artwork

If you believe a design or image on this store uses your work or your brand without permission, write to us at the address below with your name and contact details, the page address, a description of the work or mark you own, and a statement that you believe its use here is not authorized. We will review it promptly and, where Go Bowling provided the design, raise it with Go Bowling.

Warranties and limits on liability

We stand behind our jerseys. If one arrives defective or different from what you ordered, we will remake it, replace it, or refund it under our return policy. That is our commitment to you.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the store and the products are provided as they are, without other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the store or a purchase. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow these limits, so some may not apply to you.

Your responsibility for your content

If a claim is made against CoolWick because of a name or other content you asked us to print, or because you broke these terms or the law, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem with an order, contact us first; almost everything can be resolved that way. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts for Hernando County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
